Protecting your home from potential accidents and intruders

How many times has your burglar alarm gone off and no one has heard or taken action?

We can help protect your property when you’re not at home, day or night.  Our operators will contact you by text, email or phone if a sensor is triggered to let you know about the problem.  Whichever way suits you best.

Our operators will even be able to listen via the alarm unit to detect any noise or movement in your home.

PIR (Passive Infra-red) sensor: we offer easy to install battery powered Infra Red (PIR) sensors which you can fit in your home and activate if you go out just like a normal burglar alarm.  If the beam is broken, any time night or day, a wireless signal is sent through to our telecare team. 

If we do not hear you say your chosen password to let us know you are there and it is a false alarm, we will listen in via your alarm unit microphone.

If we hear any movement or voices we will contact the police on your behalf, or if all is quiet we will let you or your chosen contact know it may have gone off by mistake and ask you/them to check it out.

Other sensors available to protect your home

Smoke detector: sounds to alert your household when it detects smoke and also calls through to our telecare team who will contact you and/or the Fire service on your behalf.

Carbon monoxide detector: sounds to alert when it detects carbon monoxide and also calls through to our telecare team who will contact you.

Flood detector:  detects droplets of water giving early warning of potential floods, can be placed near sinks, baths and toilets.  Sounds alarm and calls through to our telecare team.

Please note that VAT is payable on most of the equipment, even if you are entitled to and apply for relief on VAT.
