Wendy Darling, Director of Invicta Telecare

Wendy worked for Tonbridge and Malling Housing Association and the Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council prior to the large scale voluntary transfer in 1991. She was heavily involved in the expansion of the Association's support service following the introduction of Supporting People. With over 15 years experience in housing management and housing related support services she is committed to ensuring good customer services and high standards.

Since 2010 Wendy has managed a large scale review of Invicta's business and has delivered a significant restructure of the organisation to ensure it is "fit for purpose" for extending services to meet the needs of a demanding Telecare market. She is passionate about excellent standards of service and working in partnership with organisations to maximise the potential of the market. Wendy joined the Board in April 2011 and is keen to ensure the organisation supports members to make the most of the exciting opportunities arising in theTelecare and Telehealth market.

Stuart Ilsley, Head of Contact Services

Stuart has worked for Invicta Telecare for over four years, starting out as a Duty Manager and more recently an Operations Manager. He has over 15 years experience in management and customer focused services and recently completed an ILM course as part of Circle's Senior Management Development Programme.

Stuart is responsible for both the Out of Hours repairs and Full Circle survey teams - a telephone based survey that asks residents about different elements of an RP's service.

Catherine Shipley, Head of Partnerships

Thirteen years ago Catherine started work for Invicta Telecare as a lifeline operator and feels as passionate today about our business as she did on the first day she started. Catherine enjoys the responsibilities she has to deliver to ensure our clients receive a first class service.

She continues to push ahead with her vision for further improvements and innovation within the Invicta team which will benefit the business and our clients. Catherine's new role means over the next few months she is moving to provide front line support to our corporate and individual customers.

Gary Hodsall, Head of Monitoring Services

Gary has the overall responsibility for the monitoring team, ensuring service levels and response targets are met.  He brings a wide range of experience gained from within Senior Management roles within Electronic Security monitoring centres as well as the telecommunications industry. 

Gary has also worked on a number of Telehealth initiatives throughout his career and feels passionate about the opportunity to ‘Enhance Life Chances’ as part of the Invicta Telecare team.
