Lone working service

Our Lone Worker service is designed to protect staff when they are most vulnerable.  Ideal for isolated staff, staff entering dangerous places and staff involved in volatile situations.

Users dial into our system, typically from their mobile phone, and enter details of the job.  If they do not cancel or extend the call at the agreed time an automated call is sent.  If no response is received it is escalated to our operators who will immediately take action.

Our system also provides for a panic alarm. An emergency distress warning will be activated automatically before the expiry of the pre-set time if our system is called but no password, or an incorrect one, is entered.

For more vulnerable staff we offer a GPS Tracking service that adds extra protection instantly locating staff when necessary.
