Choice based lettings

Our team of experienced operators are on hand to process your customer’s bids on your own Choice Based Lettings system.

Our Bidline service provides social housing providers, both Local Authorities and Housing Associations, with a bidding system for their Choice Based Lettings Service.

The system provides a 24 hour service for a specific period each week. People interested in bidding for a property that they have seen advertised, perhaps in the local paper or area housing office, can ring into Bidline.  Our team will make the bid on their behalf, using the landlord's web based application to register their interest.

We operate services on behalf of a number of social landlords using their IT systems and therefore have experience of using a variety of software applications.
