Invicta Telecare's Mobile Response Service provides elderly and vulnerable
residents living in West Kent and Hampshire with a personal service to a high standard.
Developed from the "good neighbour" concept, it has become a specialist support service that
provides back up to the main emergency services.

From time to time we receive calls to our social alarm monitoring centre that require further
investigation or attention that cannot be provided by the emergency services. For example, a call
could be received and no verbal response is obtained from the client. If there are no key holders
available, our mobile response team visit the property to ascertain what action needs to be
taken.
