
From our centres in mid Kent, we currently provide a social alarm monitoring service for over
95,000 users throughout the UK. Our highly trained staff deal with over 2900 calls each day using
Tunstall's PNC4 monitoring equipment. With over 20 years experience, we are well versed in
providing bespoke services, tailored to your organisational requirements including interpreting and
understanding rotas and circumstances under which your staff should be called.
We understand the issues and challenges of managing housing for older people and those with
support needs and can construct our service delivery models to meet your needs.
Our service is quality driven, and we regularly seek individual and organisational feedback on
performance, to supplement the internal analysis undertaken daily. We hold the Investor in People
award as well as the TSA Code of Practice Parts 1, 2 and 3.
