Using a range of modern wireless sensors we are able to provide tailored solutions to individual
needs. Linked to our 24 hour monitoring centre these state of the art devices are able to alert us
instantly to potential crises such as:
- falls
- low or high room temperatures
- natural gas or carbon monoxide levels
- general inactivity
Once activated, these sensors dial through to our monitoring service using a base unit plugged
into your telephone line, and acting on previously collected personal data, our trained staff can
speak to you and / or arrange for appropriate assistance. This may include our own staff or those
from our partners. Alternatively, the base unit can directly dial other numbers to alert family or
friends to the emergency, only calling our service if they are unavailable.
Remember all our staff wear identity badges with their photograph on it. For your own
safety please ask to see it before letting anyone into your home.
