The housing support and Telecare sector is a complex one, with emerging policy and funding
regimes and fast changing technological developments. The government, principally in the form of
the Treasury, the Department of Communities and Local Government, are taking a keen interest in the
impact of investment on delivery.
Our services are responsive to this changing environment, allowing our partners the certainty
that we can work alongside them in reshaping models of provision as required. Our own directly
delivered housing support and Telecare services are also designed around meeting currently
identified needs, with appropriate mechanisms for review to ensure they continue to meet changing
needs.
