We work alongside almost 100 organisations throughout the UK, including Local Authorities and
Registered Social Landlords, providing services to around 500,000 end users.
With this broad base of partnerships, we are well placed to advise on examples of good practice
and work collaboratively to improve standards of service delivery.
End users are rarely interested in the division of responsibilities between organisations,
instead looking for solutions to their problems, including emergency assistance when necessary. Our
approach features on the design of service provision centring on the customer as the key focus.
