Wendy worked for Tonbridge and Malling Housing Association and the Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council prior to the large scale voluntary transfer in 1991. She was heavily involved in the expansion of the Association's support service following the introduction of Supporting People. With over 15 years experience in housing management and housing related support services she is committed to ensuring good customer services and high standards.

Sonia's housing career started in 1975. She has worked for three London based local authorities and two Kent based Housing Associations before joining Invicta Telecare in 2004. Sonia has initiated several partnership projects including a local mediation service, an employment project, a residential scheme for people with mental health problems and a victim support referral service. She is responsible for the housing related support service and is committed to working for social inclusion and achieving service excellence.
